After they finish, the mechanic will provide you with a detailed report of your vehicle. They’ll also answer any questions that you might have regarding the services performed on your car. And when everything is done, they’ll also process payment for those repairs!

If you’d like to make a no-contact appointment, please let us know in the “notes” section when booking your appointment. Our technician will contact you by phone and help arrange a location where they can find your car keys without having to meet with you directly. Once they have completed the service, they will call you with an update on your vehicle and request payment over the phone.

Our technicians can work in various climates, from high heat—sometimes approaching 115 degrees Fahrenheit—to freezing rain. They come prepared with mobile canopies and are trained to safely complete tasks despite weather conditions.
If the technician encounters any problems with visibility or falling objects in an open environment during your appointment, we will work in a covered garage. However, in case you don’t have a covered place for us to repair your vehicle and it’s unsafe for our technician to continue working outside due to weather conditions—we will reschedule your appointment for a day when weather conditions are safer.
